PACKSERV Auto Capper on conveyor

This is a fully automatic capping machine + conveyor together as a bundle.

The Packserv PCM-1A-E conveyor mounted auto capper is the perfect unit for the capping of almost any style of container closure whether screw-on, push-on, trigger-pack or spray-pack. This unit features it's own sensor and gating system to ensure consistency and simplicity with rates of up to 60 units per minute.

The Packserv PSC-6-3.6 Slat Conveyor is a 3.6 metre conveyor designed to handle all types of containers regardless of shape or material. Fully adjustable and made with the highest quality components it's designed to be durable with minimal maintenance.

The 316 stainless steel frame is mounted on top of castors/wheels to allow for unparalleled manoeuvrability, furthermore this machine features levelling jacks on rubber feet to allow traction and height adjustment of the entire conveyor to suit any production line.

In this bundle, the Auto Capper is supplied IWTH the conveyor, pneumatic container gating and clamping devices, and aluminium clamping jaws.
