The Packserv PTO-9 Trolley Mounted Take Off/Transfer Belts are modular allowing them to be positioned almost anywhere in a full production line. These belts assist with product/container transfer and marking/coding printing on the base of containers. The easy manoeuvrable trolley allows for simple positioning.


Our PTO-9 Trolley Mounted Take Off/ Transfer Belts are a fantastic addition to any production line. They can be used for batch coding or ink jet printing information onto the base of a container as it gets to the end of a production line. This means the line and products do not have to stop for each of these processes.

Additionally, these transfer belts can also be used for moving unstable containers across bridges or gaps from one motion device to another. They also are able to hold a container in place while another process takes place such as labelling.
Measuring 500mm in length our Take Off/Transfer Belts are designed for transporting and handling round, stable or unstable items in transit on a production line.

The trolley these belts are mounted on allows for easy vertical and horizontal positional adjustment to cater to all types of conveyors and container types. The trolley comes mounted on wheels and levelling jacks to increase the versatility of applications.
