The PETRO Solar Panel Kit is an efficient and reliable solution designed to power a PETRO 12V DC Pump kit, specifically for use with PETRO Trailers or PETRO Self Bunded Tanks. This kit ensures a consistent power supply, harnessing solar energy for optimal performance.

Kit Components:
The kit includes two CNPV 50W 12V solar panels, a 12V 10amp regulator (PWMLVD), and a volt meter with a 10V-16V expanded scale. It also comes with a 10amp plastic circuit breaker fuse, four cable glands (5-10mm Carroll), ten connectors, two solar panel brackets, four 6mm Sq-C25 cables, four convoluted tubes (13mm - CT13), two 10amp fuses, a Ritar 12V 120Ahr deep cycle battery, a large battery box, and a 12V automatic battery charger with 2/4/8 AMP settings.

The module has a size of 670 x 540 x 25 mm and weighs 4.5 kg. It provides a nominal peak power of 50W, with a nominal voltage of 18V and a nominal current of 2.78A. The charger is durable, safe, and silent, with protection against dust, water, chemicals, and overheating. It features a seven-step smart charge algorithm, can recover fully discharged batteries, and has an automatic power supply function. It performs well in severe cold conditions, down to -30°C, and includes various battery life-enhancing features, including a low power mode for charging smaller batteries and a Li-ion battery mode.

Victron Connect App:
The Victron Connect app allows users to set up, read out, and configure the Blue Smart IP65 Charger via a smartphone. It provides real-time data on voltage and current and enables control of charger functions. The app is available for download on iOS and Android platforms.

RA12-1205 Ritar Battery (12V 115Ah):
The RA series battery is a general-purpose battery with a 10-year design life in float service. It complies with IEC, JIS, and BS standards and utilizes AGM valve-regulated technology and high purity raw materials. This ensures high consistency and reliable standby service life, making it suitable for applications such as UPS/EPS, medical equipment, emergency lighting, and security systems.

Morningstar Sunsaver Solar Controller:
This solar controller is known for its high reliability, with a failure rate of less than 0.1%. It features advanced PWM charging, a series design for cool operation, and 4-stage charging (bulk, absorption, float, equalize). It is optimized for sealed or flooded battery set points and includes temperature-compensated charging and low voltage load disconnect features. Designed for harsh environments, it operates within a temperature range of –40°C to +60°C and is protected against humidity and dust ingress. The controller is also certified for use in hazardous locations and is easy to install and use, with factory presets and electronic protections against wiring mistakes. LED indicators display information about status, faults, and battery condition.
