Say goodbye to sharp edges! This 800 mm wide deburring, edge rounding and finishing machine has 3 workstations: a grinding belt as the first station followed by two stations with 4 oscillating brushes in total. With this machine you can execute various finish methods including deburring, grinding, edge breaking, edge rounding, removing the oxide layer or heavy slag and linishing. The F600 is suitable for processing products up to 800 mm wide. In short, the perfect machine for finishing (non-)ferrous laser cut parts.

The F800 is a deburring machine suitable for finishing sheet metal products e.g. laser cut parts with a width up to 800 mm. You determine the finish and degree of edge rounding. Depending on the materials to be finished you select a vacuum or magnet system. The conveyor belt is adjusted according to your choice of system. The first station of the F800 consists of an abrasive head. The abrasive belt removes the burrs and incinerations marks from the product surface. You can determine the grain size of the abrasive belt yourself, depending on the height and hardness of the burr. Standard we supply a K120 abrasive belt with the machine. If you do not have any burrs you can leave the abrasive belt switched off. The second and third station is the so-called brush unit, equipped with 4 cross-rotating brushes. You can break the sharp edges of the product with this and provide them with a large radius.

You can also change the surface finish (e.g. more gloss / lower roughness value) by changing the type and grit of the brushes. By placing special steel brushes, you can remove oxide layer or do slag removal on steel product with the F800-MAG (with magnet system).

The F800 allows you to process your cut parts at high speed and do multiple finish operations in one pass.
