Dryers utilize a two-stage heat exchanger system to maintain consistent dew points, preventing freeze-ups and ensuring optimal performance. This is achieved by integrating high-quality components and refrigeration controls. The system cools the compressed air to 2°C, causing it to condense into liquid. The condensed water and cold air flow into the moisture separator, where the liquids are collected and removed by the condensate drain, ensuring maximum moisture removal.

After the liquid is removed, the cold, dry compressed air passes through the cold side of the first-stage heat exchanger, where it is reheated by the warm incoming air. This increases the discharge air temperature, preventing pipe sweating. The treated compressed air is then ready for downstream use.
