The Genesis Futura range features a patented system for delivering power to the pre-stretch carriage without using sliding electrical contacts, reducing downtime for maintenance. Batteries are charged during machine pauses at pallet infeed and outfeed. Futura also features Robopac’s Cube® Technology for intelligent use of pre-stretching to save you 30-55% on film costs and reduce product damage by up to 40%, and its patented NipTail System.

Models in the Genesis Futura Range include:

Genesis Futura/2: Designed for ultra-high-speed performance at over 125 pallets/hour with two pre-stretch carriages.

Genesis Futura HS: The newest Futura model is designed for simplified installation and has a lower total cost of ownership. At 110 pallets/hour, it has a smaller footprint but still accommodates multiple pallet sizes at high throughput capacity. A second pre-stretch carriage can be added.

Genesis Futura XL:  An oversized ring allows for a maximum pallet load size of 1.9m x 1.9m at up to 60 pallets/hour.

Genesis Futura L:  An oversized ring allows for a maximum pallet load size of 1450 x 1450 mm. This is a 34 RPM machine capable of reaching up to 80 pallet loads per hour.

Genesis Futura 40: A 40 RPM automatic stretch wrapper that is capable of reaching up to 95 pallet loads per hour.

Standard Features

FIXED PRE-STRETCH CARRIAGE
Carriage with single motorisation and electrical sliding contacts. Pre-stretch the stretch film at fixed values up to 400%, depending on the model.

FUTURA CLAMP
A pneumatically driven clamp unit with hot wire film cutting for final sealing of the film tail on the contrast.

CUBE® TECHNOLOGY
A science-based approach to delivering EXACTLY the right amount of film at EXACTLY the right position with EXACTLY the right containment force. This ensures the best film economy and the strongest loads with corner protection, enabling higher containment levels on each revolution.

NIP & TUCK CLAMP
Clamps, cuts and threads the film without sealer. The last tail of the wrapping film is inserted into the second-last wrap.

CORNER BOARD APPLICATOR
Robopac’s patented control system automatically applies and wraps corner boards to variable and random-size pallet loads.

TOP COVER APPLICATOR
