This is a semi-automatic easy to use multi-boring machine with TWO rotating vertical heads. These heads rotate from 0-90° in addition to ONE horizontal head with 21 spindles for quick attachment. This machine is capable of carrying out all of your drilling and boring needs with its sturdy solid steel structure. With quick attachments included, this machine will speed up your setup and running your applications, making you more productive and more money!

Base and working table
Sturdy steel structure with top rotating pressure shoes (0-90°).

Operating unit
independent boring units that can be positioned by means of endless screws with bronze bushes with the handwheel and mechanical numerical readout 4+4+4 drilling bit holder bushes for quick attachment

Workpiece and operating unit movement
Boring depth adjustment of vertical units from 0 to 90 mm with mechanical numerical readout
Boring vertical excursion of horizontal unit from 0 to 40 mm, with mechanical numerical readout
Aluminium fence 3000 mm length equipped with four (4) pneumatic stops with manual control
Panel locking thanks to two (2) top rotating pressure shoes (0-90 degrees)

Control panel
From the control panel it is possible:
-to work with both heads
-to exclude one or more boring heads
-to change the feed speed of the multiple boring units
-select manually the pneumatic panel positioning stops
-to start cycle by means of control pedal
