The solution for the manufacture of furniture fittings with the most sophisticated design and the use of any type of contemporary materials which allow for a production capacity that is always adaptable and in line with the trends of the furniture market.

The Stefani xd is a single sided solution designed for industrial levels of batch 1 production beyond the daily working shift which is available with a wide range of materials handling systems to increase throughput & reduce labour costs.

MULTIEDGE Automatic changeover is performed in a few seconds with no need to wait for emptying or stopping of the machine. The high level of automation and the management of edges of different types and sizes, reduces the time of switching processes and always maintains at high levels the technical availability of the machine. Program changes are carried on our the 21.5” Eye-M controller system or via a bar code reader.

PERFECT JOINT LINE with the "SGP" glue pot thanks to the perfect dosing which is adjustable via the NC control and the special spreading roller. The use of EVA and Polyurethane glue is made possible by the anti-adherent plasma treatment and a fast and simple glue changeover.

Extraordinary level of finishing quality with the Air Fusion+ technology that allows edge banding without glue, thus ensuring that the joint between the edge and the panel is invisible.

Monolithic Steel Construction of the frame, feed beam & supporting columns of the operating units ensure the best possible edge finishing & the working life of the machine for maximum return on investment.
