System 8 is Scm’s highly technological line for the production of door and window frames.

It marries extreme flexibility and high production levels thanks to the total integration of the various operations: planing, tenoning, drilling/routing and rebating.The very fast configuration changes, with the possibility of repositioning the machining heads after the passage of each single workpiece, allows for the production per unit or in small batches of up to 250 complete windows per shift.

The tool magazines and the multi-tool spindles ensure that the line can be fixtured with all the cutters necessary for the various types of fixtures and fittings being produced, without the intervention of the operator. The operator interface is designed to be simple to use and to import orders from the company management software.
