The L-BOX is a fully equipped standalone laser marking station featuring an advanced ytterbium-enhanced SIC Marking fiber laser. This cutting-edge technology ensures high-quality marking without damaging materials, whether they are steel, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium, or plastics. Additionally, it enables shorter cycle times.
Designed for versatility, the L-BOX can be easily installed on a table or bench and is also available with its own chassis. It is specifically intended for industrial traceability and identification applications.
The station can mark a wide variety of parts while maintaining low operating and maintenance costs. Its durable components allow it to operate reliably in any industrial setting. The L-BOX is suitable for small, medium, and large production runs, and it is crafted for intensive and multifunctional use. It is user-friendly, making it easy for individuals with limited laser technology experience to operate. The manual door opens on three sides, simplifying the loading and unloading of parts. Additionally, the door has a counterweight damping system for controlled and safe operation.
For precise setup and optimal marking, the station includes a column with a position meter. The L-BOX is designed with safety in mind, complying with the Class 1 safety enclosure standard (EN 60825-1) and achieving a PL-E safety level, the highest tier under ISO 13849-1. The system status is indicated by LED lights located in the top strip of the enclosure.
The interior work zone is illuminated with LED lights, providing excellent visibility for the user. The L-BOX is also available with castors and a workstation for a PC.
**POSSIBLE OPTIONS TO ORDER**
Various enclosure dimensions, customized tools, and supplementary movements (such as a Z-axis, rotary axis, and automatic axis) can be added to meet your specific needs. Options for 3D marking (allowing the marking of one or more parts of different heights) and an integral reading system are also available.
