SKALA - FORUS SE 25 Pre-Shredder - Hook Lift

FORUS Pre-Shredders are specialist slow speed shredders for all types of wood and waste – effortlessly shredding domestic waste, commercial and industrial waste, C&D waste, waste wood, green waste and stumps.
These two-shaft-shredders can also processes plastic films, paper, cardboard and electronic scrap just as efficiently.

Output sizes range from 150 to 500 mm depending on the type of the after breaker bar.
The SE 25 is a superb all rounder that is reliably adapted to your requirements.

Features of the FORUS SE 25 Pre-Shredder - Hook Lift include:

2 x 1500mm long, Ø570mm rotors with 40-80 teeth each.
Final output size changeable by selection of 1 of 5 Crushing Beams.
4 freely selectable shredding programs, both rotors are independent from each other in both direction and speed.
Hydraulically tiltable chute with filling volume of 4 m³
Diesel-hydraulic drive
Complete with electric control system and monitoring of the relevant machine components by sensors
Large doors for comfortable access to the shredding unit.
Remote Control for convenient, safe operation
Over Belt magnet for seperation of ferrous metals.

The FORUS SE25 Pre-shredder is the perfect machine for Councils, or Contractors looking to process FOGO and municipal greenwaste, and is now available with even more power and throughput in the SE38.

Hook Lift as Standard with Stationary and Tracked Chassis also available.
