The COMPACT PLUS / P provides compact and affordable automatic spraying with the advantage of maintaining a high degree of flexibility.

The two circuit spray unit is a robust reciprocator with a double arm gun that runs on high precision tracks. The pressurized cabinet is fully accessible via the large side windows and is ventilated from a top exhaust system, which has been designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The self- reading photocell system controls the spray. Simply place your piece on the conveyor and the photocell will adjust the spray to the length and width of the piece. This means optimum spraying without excess waste. The machine is capable of taking work pieces up to 1300mm wide. The conveyor of the machine is protected by a paper ream, which is the best way to keep the machine clean.

The machine is also supplied with a powered, on board paint container for coating of small batches. The machine is operated by an easy to use touch screen controller.
