Swedish made Strands All Geared Head Column drilling machine S40M.

When the set drill depth is reached, the spindle will automatically return to the starting point. The feed can also be interrupted manually. The feed gear box is provided with an automatic overload protection device, which intervenes, when the drill pressure is too high.

UNIQUE FEATURES

• Start/Stop of the automatic feed is handled by buttons at the top of the feed lever.
• Drilling capacity: 40 mm
• Quill movement: 190mm
• Distance drill - column: 330mm
• The gearbox is built according to our well known approved technique for the highest torque.
• Helical gears combined with steel gears against reinforced fibre gears ensure strong gear teeth, longer lifetime, low sound level and a more or less maintenance-free gearbox.
• Both Drill head and table arm are turnable 360° around the column and also adjustable.
• Drillguard with microswitch is standard within the CE-area.
