With 10% more excitation force than comparable models, SANY road rollers deliver 16.7% greater production output. The vibratory bearing is lubricated using a water wheel-type system, extending its lifespan up to 5,000 hours. To ensure engine longevity, the air filter is positioned higher and undergoes dual filtration, while the hydraulic system benefits from three-stage filtration for added protection.

Operator comfort is a priority, with the cab mounted on vibration-damping mounts and equipped with climate control. Control forces have also been reduced, making operation smoother and less tiring. For safety, the machine features rounded front and rear bumpers, along with a large rear window and sloped hood for improved visibility.

The SANY road roller is powered by a DONGFENG CUMMINS QSB4.5-C160-30 engine, delivering a rated power of 119 kW from its 4.5L displacement. The machine offers a minimum ground clearance of 410mm. In terms of performance, it has a fuel tank capacity of 200 liters, a hydraulic tank capacity of 120 liters, and can achieve a travel speed of up to 12 km/h. The roller also boasts a gradeability of 45%, making it suitable for steep terrains.
