Industrial Air Knives provide a continuous sheet of high-velocity air to strip moisture and debris. Numerous applications include drying bottles, cans, sachets, and steel products, removing excess food toppings and other quality enhancements such as smoothing chocolate toppings. A range of centrifugal blowers precisely matched to the air knives' requirements is available, as are all accessories, including hoses, splitters and mounting brackets. As part of the air knives family, circular air knives for drying rods, cables, tubes and extrusions are also available.

Power nozzles are an available solution where a stream of high-velocity air is required to remove moisture from difficult surfaces such as the concave underside of cylinders. Compressed air knives are an option for smaller applications with readily available air. Complete enclosures, which reduce noise and eliminate spray, can also be made available along with custom systems that can be engineered.

Versatile in applications, they can remove broken glass from the conveyor lines or dry and cool delicate glassine paper. They are powerful enough to dry the vehicle and sensitive sufficient to dry fine wire. Cleaning and drying fruit and vegetable is also done with their help.

Secomak Air Knives are more cost-effective than compressed air nozzles, saving up to 85% in running costs. They are easy to install and require minimum maintenance.

The Secomak air knife is available in two cross-sectional sizes, 75mm and 25mm. This is the diameter of the air entry spigot. The maximum length of the 75mm air knife is 2200mm, and the maximum length of the 25mm air knife is 500mm. Units over 1000mm length have air entry at both ends.
