Automatic knife adjustment
With up to 8-fold automatic knife adjustment, a wide variety of blanks can be unwound quickly and easily without manual adjustment of the knives.

Strong knife shaft
The cutter head with a diameter of 125 mm guarantees perfect cutting results. The large outer diameter improves the cutting quality of the slit strip!

Automatic cutting gap and cutting depth adjustment for longitudinal cutting
An individual cutting gap and cutting depth adjustment can be made for each material. Once the values have been entered, they are always automatically adopted for the respective material and thus ensure an optimum longitudinal cut of the highest quality across a wide range of materials. This also ensures that the blades last significantly longer.

Clamping system
Thanks to the innovative clamping system, the knives are precisely positioned and fixed in place.

Cross cut
The cross- cut is made using roller shears. The large roll knives are ground on both sides and can be rotated. The integrated cutting gap and overlap adjustment ensures the best material-related cutting results

Pneumatic side alignment
The pneumatic side alignment adapts individually to the width of the metal strip and thus guarantees perfect guidance to the zero line. The width alignment is aligned automatically. Manual cranking is not necessary. This makes the coil changing process even faster and easier. An automatic position brake on the side alignment protects the edges of sensitive materials.

Slinet Touch control
The Slinet Pro Touch is a unique software that combines efficiency and user-friendliness in a low-cost ratio. The standard control system is user-friendly and clearly structured.
