Stainless Steel Pressure vessels 2x300L isocyanate hardener monomer urethane Feed


This system is designed for the handling of polyurethane isocyanate hardener monomer. The system includes double diaphragm pumps for decanting from drums, a stainless pressure vessel tank for storage under inert atmosphere, this is equipped with a capacitive level transmitter and a vibratory fork type level switch.
Discharge from this system was via 2 Graco Glutton pumps (please note one pump is missing).

(there were 2 but one has been removed before we received this unit)



2 x Graco Husky 511 D51311 Series K03D pneumatic diaphragm pump

2 x Vega EK21 EK21EX0.ITABFXXPLLX capacitive level transmitter
2 x PEPERL+FUCHS LVL-M2-N31BB-P1N1NA-E2 Vibration Limit Switch, high level detector - Part No. 131107
