The IMS – BP1200-9TB is a twin hopper blender on tracks offering production up to 1000 TPH, twin 5-meter-long feed hoppers feeding through gear drive variable speed conveyors to a centre 1200mm stockpile conveyor.

The BP1200-9TB also has a mixer that hydraulically moves to one side when not required is ideal for processing soils, compost etc. The blender has an additional hydraulic connection to power a radial stockpiler.

Crusher & Screen can also offer for hire or sale the IMS electric twin hopper blender on jacking legs for ease of transporting, the blender has the option of fitting belt scales and can be PLC computer controlled for accurate mixing and recording of batchers. The blender can be powered off mains power or generator.

Both blenders and feed hopper options can operate in conjunction with the IMS track pugmill offering multiple mixing of raw materials and the adding of cement, lime or liquids for either soil remediation or road base materials.
