OVERVIEW

NL322M is designed with twin spindles and twin power turrets. Each spindle is featured with C-axis function. Each turret is configured with 12 tools. Each turret has two live tools (1 horizontal and 1 vertical). The upper turret is configured with Y axis as well.

The true 45° integral slant bed structure is made of high quality “meehanite” cast iron. The compact structure ensures super high rigidity and smoother chip discharge. The oil-cooling is used for build-in motors for both main spindle and sub-spindle to minimize temperature impact. The roller type guideway and high-speed silent ball screws are adopted to achieve higher speed, higher accuracy and higher stability.

The FANUC 0i-TF PLUS(1) and optional dual channel function are adopted to achieve simultaneous 4 axes machining.

The fully enclosed machine is configured with automatic chip discharge, automatic lubrication and automatic cooling as well.
