The Tilco HYDRAMAX Deep Ripper is arguably the most effective hydraulic breakaway shank system available, thanks to its unique double pivot jump system.

With a maximum clearance jump height of over 730mm and a smooth and rapid re-entry, HYDRAMAX is perfect for deep tillage applications in any conditions.

HYDRAMAX has a total hydraulic breakout force of over 8T at factory settings, allowing it to effortlessly navigate subsoil obstructions while delivering a full break out of the hardpan and compaction with a true non-inversion result.

All Tilco rippers come fitted with our own heavy-duty tungsten hardfaced blades and shin guards.

HYDRAMAX shanks can be fitted with all Tilco accessories including coulters.

Our frames are built to order in-house in Toowoomba, Queensland and can be configured to accept seed boxes, crumble rollers, end tow or hydraulic folding wing systems for easy transport according to your needs.

Our versatile HYDRAMAX designs are suitable for applications including broadacre, pasture renovation, soil structure management, row crop and small crop farming.

Frame layouts and shank spacings from 350 to 1500mm on a versatile range of frame styles, utilising 178x178x9.5mm toolbars or 250x250x 10 in our XD range for maximum durability.

Frame options include wing fold, seed boxes, crumble rollers, end tow, folding hitches, up to 18m/60' widths and more

HYDRAMAX is our most customisable and versatile implement, available in fixed frames up to 8m and folding frames from 6-18m. With a multitude of options for crumble rollers, stainless steel fertiliser bins, grass seeder bins and air-seeder pulls. With single or dual jump shank assemblies on 300mm-1000mm+ shank spacings; there are no limits to what we can customise!

Single Jump Assembly
Available for 100x100mm, 150x150mm, 178x178mm & 200x200mm tool bars.
A more economical option, best suited for country that has previously been cultivated or fitted to a chisel plough with a multi-shank to suit sweeps.
Robust and well-designed for deep ripping applications - capable of working depths up to 400mm.
Interchangeable parts with HYDRAMAX dual jump assemblies including cylinders, main pivot pins, shanks and attachments allows for maximum flexibility in frame configuration.
Breakout height of 300mm.
Breakout force of 1.8T (4000LBS).
