Our rigid shank frames come in all widths up to 12m in either trailing or linkage. Built from 178x178x9.5mm RHS toolbars and either fully welded or bolted together depending on your requirements.

Titan
The Tilco Titan Shank assembly is in a league of its own. A more economical option than the HYDRAMAX that provides a different field finish due to the semi-parabolic tyne shape, the Titan has 3 shear pin positions allowing breakout forces of 8T, 10T and 12T with a single assembly, adjusted simply by moving the shear pin.

With a 960mm under frame clearance, ripping to 600mm is no problem for the Titan.

A range of accessories are available to suit including mulch blades, inclusion plates and fertiliser tubes.

Tilco R77 Rigid
Designed as a subsoiling shank for minimal disturbance. The R77 has a shear pin breakout force of 4.5T and suits the standard 32mm Tilco ripper shank. Over 15,000 of these shanks are working in the field, some since 2003 - the Tilco system has stood the test of time.

Fits the complete range of Tilco accessories available, including mulch blades, fertiliser tubes, and inclusion plates.

Tilco 28mm Little Ripper

Our 28mm shank is an economical option for the small farmer. With a 4T breakout shear pin and a point specifically designed for subsoiling. A variety of accessories such as mulch blades and fertiliser tubes are available to suit.

We build frames in 100x100x9mm RHS in a variety of widths from 1.8m to 4.5m with shank spacings from 333mm to 1m.
