Transportable Batching plant

This transportable Compact Batching plant come with a 50ton Horizontal Silo mount on 4 load cells either on Jost legs or Skid mount. The silo is wired to Australia standards and is complete with Wam Pressure Relief Valve and a Wam RO3 reverse pulse filter and high level indicator . The auger are also WAM ES273 with 11KW motors and are capable of 90+ TPH. The unit is on a weigh out system and discharge into the loading hopper of the plant .

The Compact batching plant folds down to 9 meters for transport and can be moved on a drop deck trailer. (a permit is require)set up time is 4hours. The unit has it's own control plant and is wired to Australian standard. The set up is plug and play. The unit come with a Manuflo water meter and 9cubic metre weigh bin on 4 x10 load cells with large display indicator . there is also a small compressor fitted and SMC ramps to the gates and a WAM Vibrator . A generator is not supplied
