'Twin Table Filler' by Omicron Automation.
Designed and built by our team of engineers and tradesmen in Leongatha, Victoria.
Available: Food Grade & Chemical Grade (Price apply)
This extremely versatile mobile filling machine is capable of accurately filling containers ranging from 0.5L to 20L.
With stainless steel or PVC fill heads and product handling surfaces suitable for a wide variety of liquids of ranging viscosities.
Through variable pump speed control, accuracy of +/-5ml is achievable, without compromising fill time and avoiding product foaming and agitation.
Many of our customer have reached a 2x 5L container, filled, capped with our capping tool, 8-10 per min. (filling low viscosity, low foaming product)
Designed with ergonomics in mind, the 'Twin Table Filler' is easily maneuvered throughout it's broad operating range, allowing drums to be filled in situ. Along with simplifying the overall batching process, this substantially reduces manual handing risks for the operator.
The 'Twin Table Filler' is equipped with an adjustable universal container locator to enable smooth loading of the machine. The fill can either be started automatically via the 'container detection' sensor, or a start button located on the operator panel.
The 7in colour touch screen is intuitive and simple, and provides the operator necessary data to track and monitor each fill. Navigation between pre-saved filling 'recipes', the machine's CIP (Clean In Place) function as well as a manual/diagnostics mode is accessible with only a few clicks.
Built-in remote access means on-site commissioning can be carried out remotely, and at very low cost.
The machine can be partially disassembled (no tools required) to pack down into a 1200mm x 1200mm x 2400mm crate for efficient local and international freight.
Built with high quality componentry, stainless steel, Omicron Automation's 'Twin Table Filler' is a proven asset to any large or small liquid batching plant.
The Twin Table filler can be optioned with electric actuators to increase machine safety, performance and energy efficiency, for an additional $15,000.
