Dominion Group are pleased to bring to the market a 2021 V-Lap Processing Line, Model 250H-100S producing a non-woven material currently using synthetic staple fibre.
The complete line is in as-new condition with an estimate of 100 hours and has been setup, commissioned and run for a small batch only. These machines are utilised in the recycling industry to take either recycled synthetic staple fibre and or cotton shoddy fibre to manufacture various items. The line can produce acoustic materials for industry, filter media, foam replacement for furniture and bedding industries and waddings for clothing and pillows etc.

The complete line consists of the following items:
3 of 1.5mt Bale Hoppers, 1.5mt tri roller hopper, 1.5mt pre opener and fibre conveyor, 1.5mt main opener, 2mt x 3mt x 6mt mixing bin, 2.35mt card hopper and volumetric, 2.5mt weighing conveyor system, 2.5mt double doffer card + dust separator, 2.5mt V-Lap and card edge suction and dust bags, 2.5mt x V-Lap system, 2.5mt 3 zone bonding oven with compression and cooling zone, 2.5mt V-Lap slitter and roll up, electrical control cabinets, 2 touchscreens, 1.2mt edge trim recycle unit and feed tower, numerous spares and compressor unit.
The offer submitted will be a Contract of Sale and will include the terms of the offer, including the buyers name/s, price and proposed settlement.
Please note: A 30% deposit shall be required to procure the goods – the deposit is to be processed on or before Close of Business on Tuesday 10th of December 2024 and the balance due on or before Close of Business on Thursday 9th of January 2025.
All offers need to be submitted to Dominion Group, in the prescribed format, on or by Friday 6th of December 2024, 12.00pm (midday) AEDT.
The successful application/tender shall be notified by COB Friday 6th of December 2024.
