VACLIFT - Crane Vaclift with Power Tilt

Custom built for the Truck and Trailer industry and the manufactures of large (15000mm) composite panels to lift and tilt easily and safely. Also suitable for smaller panels.
CVL Vaclift Range - Designed primarily for attachment to crane, gantry or jib system and to provide a safe and efficient resolution for moving materials within the workshop, factory or warehouse environment. Ideally suited for moving and installing large composite panels on truck and trailer units.

Fully self contained Batttery unit
1000kg maximum lift.
Power tilt through 90deg
12 Hi vac pads.
Main beam approx 10000mm long or as required
Pads can be individually isolated.
Audible and visual alarms.
Plug in 12 volt battery charger.
Powder coated and zinc finish.
Drop down legs to protect pads when unit is not in use.
Built in Australia to Australian standards.

1000kg Vaclift units with tilt are also available as model CVL1000PT and powered by compressed air supply (Shop air 2.5cfm 80psi)

Vaclift uses natural rubber that has been vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries therefore offering three chances to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
Customers use VacLift successfully throughout a wide range of industries. These include stone, glass, tile, steel, stainless and aluminium profile cutting, water jet and laser cutting plus other industries and applications. Vaclift provides 12 months warranty on all parts except batteries.
