VACLIFT - FVL500MTMS-Coolroom Panel Vaclift unit

FVL500MTMS Forklift/Crane VacLift Unit with manual tilt and manual slew function - Ideal for insulation and coolroom panel installation or other applications where panels are required to be rotated vertically. For Insulation and rooifng profiles units are fitted with Vaclift standard contour pads designed to fit the majority of composite panel profiles.

FVL Vaclift units are the most versatile and cost efficient vacuum lifters in today's market. The units are fully self contained using the Vaclift proven self contained battery sytem now used world wide.

Providing the greatest flexibility within the Vaclift range, the spine of the Vaclift has lifting holes that also enable the unit to be used in conjunction with a jib or gantry crane system, in this configuration it is also suitable for roofing panel installation with optional extension kits avaialble for longer panels. Locking pins and safety straps for project sites are standard

When not in use, the Vaclift can be placed back on its legs keeping the vacuum pads clear of the floor. FVL's are a total solution for moving panels around your site, from heavy steel plate to fragile sheets of glass. Providing greater flexibility, time management and added safety to your business.

Vaclift uses natural rubber that has been vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries therefore offering three chances to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
Customers use VacLift successfully throughout a wide range of industries. These include stone, glass, tile, steel, stainless and aluminium profile cutting, water jet and laser cutting plus other industries and applications. Vaclift provides 12 months warranty on all parts except batteries.
