Vaclift FVL500NT Forklift or Jib/Crane unit

Avoid material damage with this 1100lb Forklift/Crane VacLift - FVL are proving to be the most versatile and cost efficient vacuum lifters on today's market. The units are fully self contained with an extra large battery only requiring occasional charging via a 240V charger when not in use. Having the ability to move freely around the work area eliminates the need for a jib or crane. Unit pictured features power tilt function.

When not in use, the Vaclift can be placed back on its legs keeping the vacuum pads clear of the floor. FVL's are a total solution for moving most flat non porous materials around your site, from heavy steel plate, composite panels, stone or fragile sheets of glass. Providing greater flexibility, time management and added safety to your business Vaclift is a must have for every workshop.

4 specifically designed Vaclift Hi vac pads. Hi vac pads were developed by Blue Water Engineering to withstand the extreme conditions as faced in a
workshop environment, waterjet operations and garnet etc, Used in these conditions Hi vac pads provide exceptional wear characteristics not found with other vacuum pads.

To accommodate varying material sizes pads can be relocated along the main bar into predetermined positions or be rotated 90 degrees on bar. Our 10mm
heavy duty stainless pad latches enable quick changing of pad positions.

Pads measure approx. 18” x 9” (473mm x 228mm)

Each pad can be independently isolated

Fully self contained vacuum supply and battery power.

No need for power or air from the crane.

Pendant control with extendable cable, for controlling vacuum pump and vacuum vent /release.

Audible and visual alarms to meet required standards

Large main battery to give extra long operational life between charges.

Battery indicator light, changes from green to red when main battery needs charging. Please note the lifter can still be used when the battery has reached
the recharging level but is not yet at a level that the battery is flat.

110-240v/12v Fully automatic battery charger supplied, to recharge the main battery when required. Battery charge point on Vacuum control system box
allows battery to be charged with out removal of battery from Vaclift

Vaclift uses natural rubber that has been vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries therefore offering three chances to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
