To accommodate varying material sizes pads can be relocated along bar into predetermined positions or be rotated 90 degrees on bars. Our 10mm heavy duty stainless pad latches enable quick changing of pad positions.
Fully self contained vacuum supply and battery power.
No need for power or air from the crane.
240v/12v Fully automatic battery charger supplied, to recharge the main battery when required.
Pendant control with extendable cable
Audible and visual alarms to meet Australian standards
Large main battery to give long operational life between charges.
Battery indicator light, changes from green to red when main battery needs charging. Please note the lifter can still be used when the battery has reached the recharging level but is not yet at a level that the battery is flat.
Drop down legs to protect pads when unit is not in use.

Vaclift uses natural rubber that has been vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries therefore offering three chances to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
Customers use VacLift successfully throughout a wide range of industries. These include stone, glass, tile, steel, stainless and aluminium profile cutting, water jet and laser cutting plus other industries and applications. Vaclift provides 12 months warranty on all parts except batteries.
