VACLIFT - Vaclift Forklift Vacuum lifter

Forkilift Vaclift units provide great flexibility with the spine of the Vaclift also providing a hook attachment point to enable their use on a jib or gantry crane system. They are the most versatile and cost efficient vacuum lifters on today's market. FVL units operate using a proven fully self contained battery system.

The units are available with or without tilt, slew is also available allowing sheet/plate or panel to be placed vertically. When not in use, the Vaclift can be placed back on its legs keeping the vacuum pads clear of the floor.

Vaclift uses natural rubber that has been vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries therefore offering three chances to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
Customers use VacLift successfully throughout a wide range of industries. These include stone, glass, tile, steel, stainless and aluminium profile cutting, water jet and laser cutting plus other industries and applications. Vaclift provides 12 months warranty on all parts except batteries.
