Designed and built to withstand the industrial pressures of sand and water as found in waterjet cutting operations. Ideal for loading all types of cutting benches. Larger units available for operators loading larger cutting benches or lifting heavier material.

Jib Crane to customer specs and 600kg 3 phase electric hoist

Supplied as a complete Jib/lifter package for applications in a smaller environment or where there is no need for an overhead gantry crane and for those requiring a fixed system to move materials over a shorter distance.

CVL Vaclift Range - Designed primarily for attachment to crane, gantry or jib system and to provide a safe and efficient resolution for moving materials within the workshop, factory or warehouse environment. Ideally suited for loading and unloading workbenches, cutting machines, lasers, routers and the like.

Normally required or supplied as a unit using compressed air supply ( Shop air 2.5cfm 80psi) but also available as a fully self contained battery powered unit with no need for power or air from the crane.



Vaclift uses natural rubber pads vulcanised to a quality stainless steel backing plate. The seal has been designed to incorporate three vacuum galleries offering maximum opportunity to ensure the seal. Internal ribs maintain even pressure over a full area providing an even distribution of support on the item.
Customers use VacLift successfully throughout a wide range of industries. These include stone, glass, tile, steel, stainless and aluminium profile cutting, water jet and laser cutting plus other industries and applications. Vaclift provides 12 months warranty on all parts except batteries.
