VALTORTA RS – reverse

The reverse roller coater valtorta rs is composed of one application head running with the feed and a second application head running reverse for the application of sealers and other coatings in high quantities. The head movements, height adjustment and distance adjustment between the rollers are on high precision linear guides. The heads open on slides to ease all maintenance operations. The application heads can be offset adjusted with respect to the counter-rollers to optimize the application resul on the leading and tailing ends of the substrate. The second head can be esxcluded to use the machine as a single head roller coater.

HIGH PRECISION APPLICATION HEAD, thanks to movements on high precision linear guides and individual speeds controlled by frequency converters and bevel gear drives.

APPLICATION HEADS ON SLIDES to be opened for all maintenance operations.

ADJUSTABLE OFFSET OF THE APPLICATION HEADS to optimize the finishing results on the leading and tailing end of the substrate.

POSSIBILITY OF EXCLUDING THE SECOND HEAD so to use the machine as a single head roller coater.

EASE OF USE, thanks to operator control panel mounted at the machine, doctor blades removeable from the side, quick change system for application roller.

MAX. WORKPIECE WIDTH 1300 MM., thanks to increased width of conveyor belt and rollers.
