VALTORTA SP - filling machine

In case of difficult filling procedures, it is necessary to use thick fillers, which cannot be recycled. The filling machine valtorta sp with side tightening flanges build a closed filler pot between the rollers. The conveying system with rubberized counter-rollers at contact with the panel allows to work with suitable pressure for this kind of filling process.

EASE OF USE, thanks to operator control panel mounted at the machine, doctor blades removeable from the side, quick change system for application roller, sliding heads which open to ease the change of the rollers.
