For heating all thermoplastic sheet such as Acrylic, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, PVC, Polycarbonate, and many other Co-Polymer substrates. This semi-automatic Plastic Bending Machine has a Heated Length of 1250mm and is equipped with 4 x Reflectors on the Bottom Table, 4 x Reflectors on the Topframe, 2 x Overhead Clamping Bars, 4 x DB Regulating Units for individual heat control of the Reflectors, and a precision timer comtrol for accurate timing of the heat cycle. Can be OPTIONED with wider Reflectors for thicker materials, a Mobile Support Frame, and an Adjustable Bending Fixture.

The HRK125 Plastic Bending Machines eliminates the need for Water-Cooling and is undisputedly Australia's most energy-efficient bending machine, thanks to the Patented Nichrome-Filament Technology.
