It all began with the engine; Cummins, the exclusive engine supplier to Versatile, outlined the path to achieving T4 emission standards. The project initiated a new cab and operator environment, emphasizing visibility, operator comfort, and convenience. Caterpillar was enlisted to provide a full range of Powershift transmissions. The focus on new styling aimed to improve visibility and serve as a design model for future Versatile tractors, all while maintaining the reputation that Versatile four-wheel drives have carried since 1966.

The outcome is a new Versatile four-wheel drive designed to enhance the profitability of large-scale farming operations and compete globally, upholding the Versatile cornerstones of reliability, durability, and ease of service and maintenance.

Key Features:

QSM 11 Engine 425hp:
The Cummins QSM11 powers the VE425 models. The 11-liter six-cylinder turbocharged engine delivers superior performance using advanced combustion technology. Electronically controlled unit injectors with cam-driven rate shaping optimize both emissions and efficiency.

NO AdBlue/NO DPF/ NO EGR:
The engine design eliminates the need for AdBlue, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), streamlining the emissions control system.

CAT TA19 16/4 Powershift Transmission:
The 425 model features the TA19 CAT powershift transmission. Offering smooth shifting and dependability, it provides 40 km/h road speeds and a wide selection of working range gears. The transmission is programmable for auto-shifting and speed matching.

Deluxe Cabin with Leather Active Seat:
Versatile four-wheel drives boast the largest cab in the industry, with the 425 model featuring a deluxe cabin.
