Water Recycling System

AitalMAC WATER TREATMENT PLANT - FILTER PRESS has been designed and engineered to provide maximum performance and durability by using high quality materials and components.

This is a Water Recycling system for stone and glass fabrication shops. The system occupies 2.2 x 2.2 meters of floor space (Not Including Filter Press) and is capable of processing 400+ liters per minute.

This water treatment plant is equipped with a Smart Control unit that manages all the unit functions, including dynamically dosing the Flocculant according to the amount of water being processed through the system. The entire system is pressurised solely by a single wastewater suction pump, which is operated by an inverter that dynamically controls and maintain a constant water pressure throughout the system.

A combination of air pressure and gravity helps to separate mud from the water with the assistance of dossing flocculants into the tank. This helps the mud to fall to the bottom of the tank where it is then passed out into the filter press for further processing. The clean water is then taken out from the top to the relief valve where it can be used to service your factory needs.

This system is easy to install and maintain while providing low-cost water consumption to your processing plant.
