TOP PRESSURE BEAM
Motorised top presser beam for ease of panel thickness adjustment. The beam consists of helical rollers which guarantee’s precision and allows the panel to run on the trackpads guaranteeing uniform pressure of the panel being processed.
SAFETY DEVICE
The equipment complies with relevant national standards. The cylinder limits the spacing of the feed plates to protect the normal operation of each component. Ultra-thick protection of the workpiece, the conveyor belt will stop when the plate thickness exceeds the current sealing plate thickness.
FIRST PRE-MILLING UNIT
Diamond 45° form milling cutter can do inclination surface alone or both angle and flat surface together.
SECOND PRE-MILLING UNIT
Diamond 90° Flat milling cutter is used to folded flat profile, gives the operator full control of the flat profile width.
PANEL PRE-HEATING UNIT
Device used to warm / heat the panel prior to glue application.
EDGETAPE GROOVING DEVICE
Horizontally machines a rebate in the rear of PVC, ABS and Wood in order to create a clean ‘fold’. The unique cutter profile delivers the flat/curve groove shape it requires. Servo feeding for accurate precision.
VERTICAL QUICKMELT GLUEPOT
Gluepot application for 90° edge.
45° ANGLED QUICK MELT GLUEPOT
Gluepot application done for bevel edge profile; the unit is fixed on a 45° angle.
TAPE PRESSURE ROLLER UNIT
The mechanism consisting of a straight face wheel and a bevel face wheel. When pressing the straight edge plate, the bevel face wheel moves forward and avoids the bevel face wheel.
There is also a hot air blower unit equipped on the unit which is used to reenergise the folder tape reducing whitening on darker colours.
DOUBLE SAW END TRIMMING UNIT
One unit is dedicated to the front of the workpiece while the other is dedicated to the rear of the workpiece, each column runs on a linear guide tracing the panel at 90° to the adjacent edge. Sawblades included.
TOP & BOTTOM ROUGH TRIMMING UNIT
One unit is dedicated to the Top while the other is dedicated to the Bottom of the panel. Motor can be adjusted in the Angle from 0° - 5° to suit the profile. Equipped with independent vacuum hood.

FINE TRIMMING UNIT
Fine milling cutter block used to perform radius up to 2mm on the panel. Equipped with independent vacuum hood. Cutters included.
RADIUS SCRAPE UNIT
Finishing unit for PVC-ABS edge tapes, it removes ripples generated by previous machining’s thus improving surface finishing. Built with high-strength steel structure to grant absence of vibrations.

HOT AIR BLOWER + FLAT GLUE SCRAPING UNIT
Second stage of hot air blowers is used to re-energise the folded edgetape before the glue scraping unit. Glue Scrapers is used for removing excess glue from the panel to ensure the best quality of the finish. Built with high-strength steel structure to grant absence of vibrations. Equipped with rotating vertical and side copying devices allowing perfect positioning of tools with respect to the edge to be processed. Knives included.
BUFFING UNIT
Used for longitudinal edge polishing of workpiece. Cleans the edges of the workpiece and remove excess glue.
PANEL SUPPORT
The panel support extends to support feeding of panels while ensuring panels arrive and travel through the workstations evenly and perfectly aligned.
