iPETRO Link - Cloud Based Fluid Cleanliness Monitoring Service

iPETRO Link is a cloud-based monitoring service provided by iPETRO, designed to measure, monitor, and manage industrial fluid cleanliness. This service is operated and maintained by iPETRO's team of highly qualified experts in hydraulic and lubrication systems, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability.

The system utilizes specialized industrial hardware, eschewing consumer-grade components like Raspberry Pi for more robust solutions. The core hardware, housed in a stainless steel enclosure (300mm x 300mm x 300mm) with an IP67 rating, is built to withstand harsh industrial environments. It features a 5” color HMI screen and can monitor up to eight input sensors, including 4-20ma, Modbus, and CAN, all supported by a sensor gland plate. The system operates on a 230V 50Hz power supply and connects to the iPETRO Cloud via W/LAN and 3G.

The HMI screen can store two years of local results from each sensor, with data tagging every second. The display is fully customizable, allowing the inclusion of company logos and other branding elements. Additionally, a streaming camera card enables real-time system monitoring via the iPETRO Cloud. The Link can also interface with local PLC systems, providing seamless integration into existing setups.

The system can also generate self-updating reports and alarms, streamlining maintenance processes.
